Invitation to Re-enroll
Each year, San Marcos Academy extends an invitation to eligible students in grades K-11 to re-enroll for the upcoming school year. Re-enrollment invitations for the 2020-21 school year were mailed in February.
San Marcos Academy is moving ahead in our decision making and planning for the 2020-21 school year, and we cannot wait for the opportunity to once again have students on our campus when the fall semester begins on August 10. 2020–21 Re-Enrollment Process
The process for re-enrollment for the 2020–21 school year is similar to the process in previous years. Following are the steps to complete for re-enrollment (links to all forms and the payment portal are included below as well as at the bottom of this page)
- Print, sign, and return the Agreement for Admission
- Print, sign, and return the Hold Harmless form.
- Print, sign, and return the Smart Tuition Payment Plan form that indicates to us your choice of payment terms.
- Pay the program deposit of $100 for day students or $500 for boarding students. You may use our payment portal to submit the deposits online or you may send a check (send to San Marcos Academy, Admissions Office, 2801 Ranch Road 12, San Marcos, Texas 78666)
Once we have the three forms referenced above and the tuition deposit, your student will be officially re-enrolled. As a reminder, we offer an early re-enrollment discount for those who complete the process by May 1, 2020 (contact us for details).
