Campus Construction Update
The SMA campus is a busy place this summer with two major construction projects underway. One involves work on our
entrance and on the road leading to the heart of our campus. Please take care as you enter campus from Ranch Road 12 as the
former entrance and exit have been combined into one lane. Work will continue on this project for the next several weeks,
but the project should be completed before the start of school. Construction has also commenced on the Lee Hage Jamail
Special Event Center at the main intersection on campus. We have eagerly anticipated the start of this project and
look forward to a finished facility by the fall of 2014. Check out our gallery of photos below and also visit the
page for additional construction updates:

Flu Season is Here--Protect Your Students!
It's that time of year again to prepare for the upcoming flu season. Our Academy physician and nurses are
recommending that all students receive a flu immunization. We can arrange to transport boarding students to
Walgreens on Ranch Road 12 for the inoculation; however, we must have parents or guardians sign the form
below and return it to us first. The cost of the vaccine is $39.99 and will be charged to the student's
account. If you have any questions about the flu immunization, please feel free to contact our Health Services
staff at 512-753-8030 or email
